We suggest for weddings that you should begin the floral process 8 months to 1 year from the event date.
How do I know what to budget for my florals?
Based on information from the past several years, our floral design clients budget approximately $30-$50 per guest for flowers before taxes and other costs. Another way to look at things is to budget 10 - 12% of your total budget on flowers if florals are a priority.
Do you have a minimum spend for wedding florals?
Yes, $3000 before taxes.
What is included in the $3000 minimum?
Your floral package will be custom to your particular event, but here is a list of typical starting points for the main floral items.
Bridal Bouquets: $250 +
Bridesmaids Bouquets: $125 +
Flower Crowns: $100
Arbour Installations: $750 +
Aisle Florals: $300 +
Table Centerpieces: $150 +
Other costs to consider: Delivery/Setup/Takedown. Each venue has a different policy as to when things can be dropped off, set up and taken down. Please verify the details with your venue and let me know so I can price accordingly.
If I want to move forward, what should I do?
After receiving a proposal, we will send you a contract. If you wish to secure our services, simply sign a contract and send in a non- refundable retainer that will be applied to your final balance. The date is now yours!
